Job Description

• Meet with potential customers to evaluate their financial background and homeownership goals.
• Research and explain various mortgage products, including fixed and variable rates.
• Provide one-stop financial services such as insurance planning, estate planning, etc.
• Help clients navigate the mortgage application process.
• Analyze client financial circumstances to determine eligibility and borrowing capacity.
• Stay informed about mortgage products, market trends, and regulations.
• Collect the financial documents and information needed to complete a mortgage application, performing research and conducting interviews as needed, and ensure that all information is complete and accurate
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other professionals to generate leads.

Job Requirements

• Willing to lead a team in the near future
• Degree or diploma in Banking / Finance / Business & Marketing / etc
• Can communicate well in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Posses own transport
• posses healthy and positive image
