Roles Summary / Purpose

We are looking for passionate and growth-oriented individuals to join our expanding Sustainability Advisory team. In this role, you will work closely with organisations across diverse industries to support the development of ESG and climate strategies, strengthen sustainability governance and deliver sustainability reporting aligned with leading international standards.

 Job Scope

• Support clients in developing sustainability frameworks aligned with recognised international standards such as GRI, ISSB and SASB, and assist in delivering ESG-related training to strengthen organisational capabilities.
• Facilitate materiality assessments to identify and prioritise ESG topics that are most relevant to the organisation’s business strategy, risks and stakeholder expectations.
• Assist clients in establishing and improving ESG data collection and management frameworks to support reliable, transparent and decision-useful sustainability reporting.
• Support clients in identifying and assessing climate-related risks and opportunities, conducting climate scenario analysis, establishing GHG inventories (Scope 1, 2 and 3) and developing practical emissions reduction and transition strategies.
• Assist in preparing sustainability disclosures and reports aligned with leading standards such as ISSB, GRI and Bursa Malaysia’s National Sustainability Reporting Framework (NSRF).
• Conduct research and analysis on emerging ESG trends, regulatory developments and industry practices to support the development of practical and impactful sustainability solutions for clients.
• Support the Managing Consultant / Executive Director in managing client engagements and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality advisory services.

Job Requirements

 Qualifications/Education & Work Experience

• Preferably degree in engineering, sustainability, environmental science, economics, business management or a related field, with at least 1 to 3 years of experience in sustainability management and reporting.
• 1–3 years of experience in sustainability, ESG advisory, environmental management, corporate reporting, risk management, or related consulting roles. Fresh graduates with strong academic performance and demonstrated interest in sustainability, climate change, or ESG-related initiatives are encouraged to apply.
• Good understanding of ESG and sustainability concepts, standards, and regulatory developments i.e. GRI Standards, ISSB / IFRS S1 and IFRS S2, GHG Protocol, Sustainability reporting or ESG data management.
• Possess a sound understanding of ESG/Sustainability issues, relevant tools, standards, regulations, and frameworks.
• Able and willing to travel around the country and overseas, if necessary.
