Our Strengths

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Internal Audit Senior Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in internal audit and will be responsible for leading and managing audit engagements, providing valuable insights to improve clients' internal controls, risk management, and overall governance.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Lead and manage internal audit engagements from planning through execution and reporting.</li>
<li>Assess and evaluate internal controls, risk management frameworks, and governance processes for clients.</li>
<li>Conduct detailed audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes to identify risks and inefficiencies.</li>
<li>Develop and execute audit plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Prepare clear, concise, and actionable audit reports with recommendations for improvements.</li>
<li>Communicate audit findings and recommendations effectively to senior management and clients.</li>
<li>Assist in the development of internal audit methodologies, tools, and best practices.</li>
<li>Provide training and guidance to junior staff and help them develop their audit skills.</li>
<li>Support clients in identifying areas of operational improvement and risk mitigation.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit issues and ensure implementation of recommendations.</li>
<li>Stay updated on regulatory changes, industry best practices, and emerging risks and ensure audits are thorough and compliant.</li>
</ul>
