Job Description

• Performance of finance/accounting processes and tasks (i.e. AP & AR process, GL and account reconciliation, etc.) and ensure accuracy in accounting entries.
• Manage a full set of accounts and close accounting books independently.
• Execute timely preparation of annual financial statements. 
• Cash flow monitoring.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required.
• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements and tax filing requirement etc (both statutory and internal).
• Provide consultancy services relating to accounting and finance to clients (when needed).
• Manage human resource processes and maintain personnel files (paper and/or digital), including all records, including but not limited to hiring, orientation, leave, claims, payroll and termination matters.
• Any other operational matters delegated by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience.
• Able to work independently (reporting directly to the CEO).
