The role is part of our Managed Cybersecurity Services team that reports to the country manager and is tasked to deliver cybersecurity services to our customers.
Its great opportunity to apply your experiences in to address cybersecurity challenges of our customers. We are looking for an experienced cybersecurity analyst, to ensure seamless service delivery of MSS services offered. It provides exposure to wide variety of security technologies and provides opportunity for the candidate to develop his cybersecurity expertise.
<h3>1.0 Job Basics</h3>

<h3>2.0 Job Responsibilities:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Monitor and analyze security event logs and alerts generated by the ESET EDR solution.</li>
<li>Conduct in-depth analysis of security alerts to determine the nature and scope of potential security incidents.</li>
<li>Triage security incidents based on severity and impact, escalating as necessary according to established protocols.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams and clients to investigate and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Implement and maintain security best practices and procedures to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of client data.</li>
<li>Provide recommendations for enhancing security posture based on analysis of security incidents and trends.</li>
<li>Document security incidents, investigations, and resolutions in accordance with company policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Stay up-to-date on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies to effectively mitigate risks.</li>
<li>Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and awareness training programs.</li>
<li>Participate in regular security reviews and audits to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.</li>
<li>Serve as a subject matter expert on ESET MDR services, providing guidance and support to internal teams and clients.</li>
<li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of security monitoring and response capabilities through process optimization and automation.</li>
<li>Act as a liaison between clients and ESET support teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and concerns.</li>
<li>Collaborate with threat intelligence analysts to incorporate external threat intelligence into security monitoring and response efforts.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of MITRE ATT&amp;CK framework, and ability to operationalize it for day-to-day SecOps activities, to develop tactics, techniques, procedures (TTPs) for security analysis and threat hunting.</li>
