Perspectives have changed along with priorities and when you throw work-life juggle into the mix, you can bet my days often get pretty stressful and chaotic! But when I see Aya’s sweet face, that cute smile and hear her gentle gurgles, none of that matters.</div><div>Like any other parent, I want only the best for my daughter and it begins from ensuring she gets the right and adequate nutrition. Healthy eating feeds healthy bodies which, in turn, develop healthy minds.</div><div>Driven by that aim, I created AYA ready-to-cook sauces and pastes. Crafted from time-honoured recipes that use all-natural ingredients, our products contain no MSG, no preservatives and no artificial colours. Packed full of authentic flavours, they are made to be easy to use – because I know time is a luxury for parents – so that you can prepare delicious, nutritious meals for your whole family in a matter of minutes.</div><div>AYA is homecooking made easy.</div>

<div>Authentic, Yummy, Amazing… these are the values that guide our product creation and recipes.</div><div>AYA is backed by years of industry experience, coming from a homegrown independent food manufacturing company based in Taiping, Perak and headquartered in Kuala Lumpur. Our products and manufacturing plant carry the HACCP certification, and is also certified Halal by the Islamic Development Department of Malaysia (JAKIM).</div><div>I leave nothing to chance where quality is concerned – I’ll admit I’m quite the perfectionist! Every sauce and paste is meticulously tested before it is released to the market so you know that what you get has been perfected through endless R&amp;D and food tasting.</div><div>AYA was named after my daughter and just like her, was born out of love.</div><div>I hope you taste the love when you cook with AYA sauces and pastes.</div>

<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p>
<p>The Account &amp; Admin Assistant is responsible for supporting the Finance, Administration, and Procurement functions of the company. This role ensures accurate financial records, timely processing of documents, effective supplier coordination, and efficient administrative support to daily business operations.</p>
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<h4><strong>Accounts &amp; Finance</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Assist in processing supplier invoices, payment vouchers, and staff claims.</li>
<li>Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.</li>
<li>Prepare and reconcile petty cash, bank transactions, and expense reports.</li>
<li>Assist in monthly account closing and financial reporting.</li>
<li>Maintain proper filing of accounting and finance documents.</li>
<li>Follow up on outstanding payments and supplier statements.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Procurement</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Source quotations from suppliers and compare pricing, quality, and delivery terms.</li>
<li>Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure approvals are obtained.</li>
<li>Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and payment schedules.</li>
<li>Monitor stock levels and assist in procurement planning.</li>
<li>Maintain supplier databases and procurement records.</li>
<li>Track order status and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.</li>
<li>Assist in evaluating supplier performance and cost-saving initiatives.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Administration</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Maintain company records, contracts, and administrative documents.</li>
<li>Coordinate office supplies and general office maintenance.</li>
<li>Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence when required.</li>
<li>Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing meeting minutes.</li>
<li>Support HR and management with administrative tasks and special projects.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Compliance &amp; Documentation</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Ensure procurement and financial documents are properly filed and accessible.</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality of company financial and operational information.</li>
<li>Assist in audits and compliance-related documentation.</li>
<li>Ensure company procedures and approval processes are followed.</li>
