Babymama International Sdn Bhd is looking for friendly, responsible and committed individuals to join our team as Full-Time Retail Assistants at our baby products store.

You will be the front-line representative at Babymama Shoppe and play an important role in making sure customers have a pleasant experience in-store.

POSITION DETAILS

Position: Full-Time Retail Assistant
Location: Babymama Shoppe, Bandar Seri Putra
Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,500 (including allowances and OT)
Working hours:

• Shift 1: 10.00 am – 6.30 pm
• Shift 2: 1.00 pm – 9.30 pm
  (Working by shift according to duty roster, including weekends/public holidays)
   

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service

• Greet and serve customers in a polite and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Answer basic questions about products, promotions and pricing
   

Sales and Cashier

• Handle cash, card and e-wallet transactions accurately
• Issue receipts and ensure correct change is given
• Assist in daily sales recording where required
   

Store Operations

• Arrange and display products neatly and attractively on shelves
• Refill and rotate stock, ensure items are correctly labelled and priced
• Check product condition and expiry (where applicable)
   

Store Cleanliness and Image

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the sales floor, counter and fitting/testing areas (if any)
• Ensure the store is always in a presentable condition for customers
   

Teamwork and Discipline

• Follow store procedures, SOPs and instructions from supervisor
• Work together with the team to achieve daily and monthly targets
• Be punctual, responsible and professional while on duty

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Fresh school leavers are encouraged to apply
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays (off days by rotation)
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia; basic English is an advantage
• Honest, responsible and willing to learn
• Comfortable dealing with customers face-to-face
   

Experience in retail, sales or customer service is an added advantage, but not compulsory. Training will be provided.
