<p>Position: Full-Time Retail Assistant<br>Location: Babymama Shoppe, Bandar Seri Putra<br>Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,500 (including allowances and OT)<br>Working hours:</p>

<p>Customer Service</p>
<ul>
<li>Greet and serve customers in a polite and professional manner</li>
<li>Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products</li>
<li>Answer basic questions about products, promotions and pricing<br>&nbsp;</li>

<p>Sales and Cashier</p>
<ul>
<li>Handle cash, card and e-wallet transactions accurately</li>
<li>Issue receipts and ensure correct change is given</li>
<li>Assist in daily sales recording where required<br>&nbsp;</li>

<p>Store Operations</p>
<ul>
<li>Arrange and display products neatly and attractively on shelves</li>
<li>Refill and rotate stock, ensure items are correctly labelled and priced</li>
<li>Check product condition and expiry (where applicable)<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<p>Store Cleanliness and Image</p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the sales floor, counter and fitting/testing areas (if any)</li>
<li>Ensure the store is always in a presentable condition for customers<br>&nbsp;</li>

<p>Teamwork and Discipline</p>
<ul>
<li>Follow store procedures, SOPs and instructions from supervisor</li>
<li>Work together with the team to achieve daily and monthly targets</li>
