Job Requirements

 ✅ Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field
✅ Experience: At least 1 year of content creation experience (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
✅ On-Camera Confidence: Must be natural, engaging, and expressive when speaking
✅ Strong Communication Skills: Ability to connect with audiences and team members
✅ Editing Skills: Basic proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar video editing tools
✅ Creative Thinking: Ability to generate fresh, engaging content ideas
✅ Adaptability: Open to feedback, willing to learn, and stay updated with trends
