Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as Assistant Manager, Operation-Rope Course. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the day-to-day operations of our rope course facility. You will work closely with the Manager, Operation to ensure smooth functioning, impeccable safety standards and outstanding customer experiences. &nbsp;&nbsp;- Collaborate with the Operation Manager to oversee all operational aspects of the rope course facility, ensuring activities run smoothly and efficiently.
&nbsp;&nbsp;- Assist in the scheduling of staff, ensuring adequate coverage for different shifts and peak hours.
&nbsp;&nbsp;- Monitor and maintain the course equipment, ensuring it is in proper working condition and compliant with safety standards.
&nbsp;&nbsp;- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
2. Staff Leadership:
&nbsp;&nbsp;- Provide leadership and direction to the rope course staff, including instructors, customer service crew, and maintenance personnel.
&nbsp;&nbsp;- Assist in training new staff members on safety protocols, customer service standards, and operational procedures.
&nbsp;&nbsp;- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
3. Customer Experience:
&nbsp;&nbsp;- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure excellent customer experiences from arrival to departure.
&nbsp;&nbsp;- Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction.
&nbsp;&nbsp;- Support the implementation of new initiatives to enhance customer engagement and enjoyment.
4. Safety and Compliance:
&nbsp;&nbsp;- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, procedures, and guidelines for both staff and participants.
&nbsp;&nbsp;- Assist in the development and maintenance of safety documentation, incident reports, and emergency response plans.
&nbsp;&nbsp;- Participate in safety training sessions and ensure all staff members are well-versed in safety procedures.
5. Quality Assurance:
&nbsp;&nbsp;- Monitor and evaluate the quality of rope course activities, ensuring they meet or exceed established standards.
&nbsp;&nbsp;- Gather feedback from customers and staff to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
6. Administrative Tasks:
&nbsp;&nbsp;- Assist in administrative duties such as staff scheduling, payroll coordination, and inventory management.
&nbsp;&nbsp;- Prepare reports on operational performance, customer feedback, and maintenance activities.
7. Collaboration:
&nbsp;&nbsp;- Collaborate with the Operation Manager on strategic planning, goal-setting, and the implementation of new initiatives.
&nbsp;&nbsp;- Maintain effective communication with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure a coordinated approach.
