Our Mission

<li>Check all detail construction drawings, ensure work complies with the latest construction drawings and specifications. Check all dimensions between architectural, M&amp;E and structural drawings and ensure all information is complete. Highlight discrepancies, report and discuss such discrepancies with the Project Engineer, Construction Manager and Project Manager.</li><li>Coordinate with all subcontractors on the work progress and mitigate issues affecting the work progress. Assists the Project/Construction Manager in the planning of Week Ahead schedule of works.</li><li>Ensure the quality of workmanship is acceptable according to industry standards and reject works that are generally unacceptable. Comply with QLASSIC requirements on work quality. Carry out periodical quality inspections and identify defective works. Ensure all defective works are immediately rectified. Cultivate and promote culture with a “Do It Right The First Time” approach on work quality.</li><li>Coordinate in ordering and receiving of materials and comply with all necessary ISO documentation.</li><li>Implement controls to minimize wastage. Carry out daily supervision works and report to the Project/Construction Manager.</li><li>Carry out systematic recordings of work progress by respective subcontractors. Submit Daily Records to the Construction Manager for endorsement. Be accountable for the endorsement of daily records submitted.</li><li>Any other job responsibilities required by the Project/Construction Manager.</li><li>Attend all project site meetings as well as technical meetings with clients or consultants.</li><li>Monitor and inspect work sites to ensure safe work practices are carried out accordingly.</li><li>Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.</li>
