Primary Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Report directly to the Managing Director on-site.</li>
<li>Supervise and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and MEP-related works (including AV/IT/ELV) to meet quality and specification standards.</li>
<li>Manage subcontractors' daily activities and ensure timely, compliant project delivery.</li>
<li>Prepare and issue site instructions, weekly progress reports, work schedules, and inspection plans.</li>
<li>Handle project documentation including work permits, worker passes, clearance forms, and drawings.</li>
<li>Attend site meetings, conduct inspections, and coordinate handovers with clients and consultants.</li>
</ul>
Project Management &amp; QAQC:
<ul>
<li>Track project progress, material deliveries, and manpower reports.</li>
<li>Conduct site feasibility studies, verify drawings, and supervise construction per approved plans.</li>
<li>Ensure timely defect rectification, snag list closures, and manage post-handover documentation.</li>
</ul>
Safety &amp; Compliance:
<ul>
<li>Promote and enforce QHSSE standards (ISO9001, ISO37001, ISO45001).</li>
<li>Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and workplace inspections.</li>

Project Closure &amp; After-Sales:

<li>Manage final inspections, documentation, and training for handover.</li>
<li>Support after-sales service and address client feedback or requests during DLP.</li>
