Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  •  Collect and verify sales data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency with other parties’ records.
  •  Manage the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
  •  Maintain proper records of all accounting transactions in compliance with company policies.
  •  Manage internal controls, business processes, and management reporting.
  •  Handle other finance and accounting-related tasks as required.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  •  1-2 years of accounting experience or Diploma in Accounting or related fields.
  •  Preferably female.
  •  Fast learner with strong adaptability.
  •  Candidates who have taken a break from work for several years will not be considered.
  •  Self-disciplined and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  •  Positive attitude with strong teamwork and time management skills.
  •  Basic knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and accounting principles
