<p><strong>A/R and A/P Activities</strong></p>

<li>Manage the A/R and A/P processes, including reconciling retail collections against actual bank receipt, invoicing to channel partners, payment processing, collections and vendor management.</li>
<li>Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.</li>
<li>Work closely with sales and CS teams to resolve any billing/payment issues.</li>
<li>Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any billing/payment issues.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate and timely recording of all transactions as well as reconciliations.</li>
<li>Recharge expenses to the appropriate related companies or cost centres by analysing invoice/expense reports.</li>
<li>Provide regular reports on A/R status and collections as well as A/P status and cash flow projections.</li>

<p><strong>Month-end Closing Activities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Perform month-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.</li>
<li>Review and reconcile all balance sheet accounts, including bank accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules.</li>
<li>Reporting</li>
<li>&nbsp;Preparation of documents for turnover and grant audits.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Preparation and filing of goods and sales tax.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare statutory reports (statistics and surveys) for submission to the relevant authorities.</li>
