<li>Solve technical question or problem raised by customer via telephone, email and live chat</li>
<li>Support the sales team, marketing team and regional distributor with basic technical knowledge on the legacy and new release product. In daily communication or periodic training</li>
<li>To handle 0km and field-returned related cases for POE and OE projects and provide reports based on customer requirements.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Report to the supplier for any non-conformance and the product deviation found during inspection.</li>
<li>To provide translation support in term of sales, marketing, technical and other business activities either from English/Mandarin/Cantonese/ Bahasa Malaysia or vice versa</li>
<li>Counter check all products documentation, product specification, product user manual, giftbox information before mass production release</li>
<li>To lead the product testing and evaluation phase e.g. Radio testing, DVR testing and other BLAUPUNKT product</li>
<li>If needed, join in the management discussion on exploring new idea for the product to be market</li>
<li>To handle any ad hoc activities as per request by the management</li>
</ul>
