Job Description

• Solve technical question or problem raised by customer via telephone, email and live chat
• Support the sales team, marketing team and regional distributor with basic technical knowledge on the legacy and new release product. In daily communication or periodic training
• To handle 0km and field-returned related cases for POE and OE projects and provide reports based on customer requirements. 
• Report to the supplier for any non-conformance and the product deviation found during inspection.
• To provide translation support in term of sales, marketing, technical and other business activities either from English/Mandarin/Cantonese/ Bahasa Malaysia or vice versa
• Counter check all products documentation, product specification, product user manual, giftbox information before mass production release
• To lead the product testing and evaluation phase e.g. Radio testing, DVR testing and other BLAUPUNKT product
• If needed, join in the management discussion on exploring new idea for the product to be market
• To handle any ad hoc activities as per request by the management

Job Requirements

• Minimum diploma or skill certificate in any discipline or higher
• Minimum 2 years or more in the automotive industry (junior position)
• Minimum 5 years or more in the automotive industry (senior position)
• Experience in product problem solving and communicate with customer
• Experience in product testing and evaluation
