Content Creator

BLWN is a full-service 360° marketing agency based in Malaysia, helping brands grow through strategy, creativity, content, and digital innovation. We’re looking for a sharp and energetic Content Creator to join our team — someone who lives and breathes content, and isn’t afraid to experiment, create, and push boundaries.

As our Content Creator, you’ll develop content for both BLWN’s internal brand and our diverse portfolio of client accounts. Your job is to translate ideas into engaging, scroll-stopping content that brings strategies to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ideate, script, shoot, and edit content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and emails
• Appear as talent in content, as and when necessary
• Produce written, visual, and short-form video content and captions tailored for different brands and platforms
• Conduct on-ground shooting at events, client activations, and behind-the-scenes moments (including weekends occasionally)
• Work closely with designers, strategists, and client servicing teams to ensure creative alignment
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative direction
• Monitor content performance and trends to continuously improve content quality and engagement
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, cultural trends, and content formats

Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or social media (agency experience is a plus).
• Strong writing skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia is a bonus!)
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
• A solid understanding of how different platforms (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) work
• Self-starter attitude, creativity, and a strong eye for detail
• Portfolio or samples of past work (social media, visuals, campaigns, etc.)
