Job Description

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Proactively source and identify new leads via:
    • Cold calling
    • Email outreach
    • WhatsApp outreach
    • LinkedIn and other professional platforms
  • Research and identify decision-makers within target companies.
  • Build and maintain a healthy lead pipeline on a daily and weekly basis.

2. Lead Qualification

  • Conduct initial conversations to understand:
    • Client needs
    • Budget range
    • Decision-making process
    • Timeline
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before passing to Sales Executives.
  • Ensure all leads meet minimum quality standards.

3. Appointment Setting

  • Secure appointments, meetings, or site visits for the Sales Team.
  • Coordinate schedules and ensure accurate handover of lead information.
  • Follow up consistently to minimize no-shows.

4. CRM & Reporting

  • Accurately update all lead details in the CRM or tracking system.
  • Track outreach activity, response rates, and appointment outcomes.
  • Submit regular reports on:
    • Number of leads generated
    • Calls/emails/messages sent
    • Appointments booked
    • Conversion quality feedback

5. Collaboration with Sales Team

  • Work closely with Sales Executives to improve lead quality.
  • Align on target industries, segments, and campaigns.
  • Continuously refine outreach scripts and approaches based on feedback.

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach
  • High level of discipline, urgency, and resilience
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales is an advantage
