🚪 Step Into One of the Biggest Milestones in Property Development

Ever wondered what happens when homeowners finally receive the keys to their dream home?

This exciting stage is called Vacant Possession (VP), where a completed property is officially handed over to its new owners. It's a fast-paced, high-energy period filled with customer interactions, memorable moments, and behind-the-scenes teamwork to create an exceptional homeowner experience.

As an intern, you won't just be observing. You'll be part of the action, gain real-world experience, and contribute to a milestone that homeowners will remember for years to come. 

We are looking for two (2) enthusiastic interns to support our team:

📸 1. Photography & Videography Intern

What You'll Do

• Capture photos and videos throughout the homeowner handover journey during VP.
• Support in creation of engaging visual content for social media, marketing, and corporate communications.
• Edit photos and short-form videos for digital platforms.
• Assist in planning and executing content ideas that showc
• ase the customer experience.
• Organise and maintain digital media files.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Is pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Photography, Videography, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Creative Media, or a related field.
• Has basic photography, videography, and video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools are a plus).
• Has a creative eye for storytelling and visual content.
• Is proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to work on-site during VP activities.
• Owns a portfolio or sample work (preferred but not mandatory).

📋 2. Sales Administration Intern

What You'll Do

• Support the Sales team with administrative and coordination tasks during the VP period.
• Prepare and organise customer documentation and records.
• Coordinate appointments and communicate with homeowners where required.
• Assist with customer enquiries and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Is pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Is organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Is eager to learn and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
