<p>We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, exceptional technical skills, and a keen eye for detail. The Technical Designer will work closely with our design team to develop detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for a variety of interior design projects.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>Collaborate with designers to create detailed technical drawings and plans for interior design projects.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and material schedules.</li>
<li>Ensure that all designs meet industry standards and regulations.</li>
<li>Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications.</li>
<li>Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.</li>
<li>Utilize design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) to create accurate and detailed drawings.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and reports.</li>
</ul>
