Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, exceptional technical skills, and a keen eye for detail. The Technical Designer will work closely with our design team to develop detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for a variety of interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers to create detailed technical drawings and plans for interior design projects.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and material schedules.
• Ensure that all designs meet industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Utilize design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) to create accurate and detailed drawings.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and reports.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Designer in the interior design industry.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus.
