We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing creative design concepts, producing professional drawings, and ensuring smooth execution throughout the entire project process.

Responsibilities / 岗位职责：

• Develop design concepts, space planning, and visual presentations.
  负责设计概念、空间规划及视觉呈现的创作。
• Prepare detailed drawings, construction documents, and material specifications.
  编制施工图、深化图纸及材料清单等。
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and deliver design proposals.
  与客户沟通，理解需求并提供专业设计方案。
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure accurate implementation.
  与施工方、供应商及项目团队沟通协调，确保设计准确落地。
• Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues during construction.
  项目施工期间进行现场跟进并解决相关设计问题。
• Stay updated on industry trends and propose innovative design ideas.
  跟进行业趋势，提出创新设计理念。

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
  室内设计、建筑设计、环境艺术等相关专业本科及以上学历。
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Lumion, etc.
  熟练使用 AutoCAD、SketchUp、3ds Max、Adobe InDesign、Adobe Illustrator、Adobe Photoshop、Lumion 等设计软件 
• Strong aesthetic sense, spatial understanding, and material application skills.
  具备良好的审美能力、空间理解能力及材料运用能力。
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and project coordination abilities.
  具备良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神和项目协调能力。
• Good command of both Chinese and English for communication and documentation.
  具备良好的中英文沟通及书写能力。
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure; on-site experience is a plus.
  责任心强，能承受工作压力，有现场经验者优先。
