What You'll Be Doing

Financial Advisory & Wealth Planning

• Understand clients' financial goals, investment objectives, and risk profiles.
• Recommend suitable unit trust investment solutions based on clients' financial needs.
• Build diversified investment portfolios to support clients' long-term wealth accumulation.
• Provide ongoing portfolio reviews and investment recommendations.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Deliver professional, ethical, and customer-focused financial advisory services.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to help clients stay on track with their financial goals.
• Educate clients on investment opportunities, market trends, and financial planning strategies.

Business Development

• Develop your own client base through networking, referrals, seminars, and digital platforms.
• Expand your professional network and generate new business opportunities.
• Build long-term client relationships that create recurring income opportunities.

Continuous Learning & Professional Development

• Participate in structured training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions.
• Stay updated with financial market trends, investment products, and industry developments.
• Continuously enhance your financial advisory, communication, and relationship management skills.

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Minimum SPM qualification with credits in any 3 subjects (or equivalent).
• Whether you're a fresh graduate, an experienced professional, or looking for a career change, we welcome individuals who are passionate about learning and building a rewarding career.
• Experience in Sales, Customer Service, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, or Financial Services is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
