We’re seeking an enthusiastic and technically inclined intern to support our AI and chatbot integration efforts. You’ll work on building, testing, and improving our AI-powered chatbots for customer engagement, while also conducting research on new tools, trends, and technologies in automation.

What You'll Be Doing:
Set up and maintain AI chatbots using platforms like Dify, ManyChat, or Landbot etc
Research current AI tools (OpenAI, Google AI, etc.) relevant to education and training
Test and improve chatbot flows for customer support and lead generation
Support documentation of chatbot conversations and system instructions
Assist with prompts writing and integration testing
Analyze chatbot performance and user feedback to suggest improvements
Explore APIs and AI features that can enhance user experience on our website

What We're Looking For:
Familiarity with AI platforms like OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google AI, etc.
Interest or experience in chatbot builders (e.g., Landbot, Dify, ManyChat, Dialogflow and/or the chatbots)
Basic understanding of how APIs work is a plus
Comfortable doing online research, documenting findings, and testing tools
Good written communication skills (for prompt writing and chatbot instructions)
Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months to 6 months
Passion for AI, automation, and problem-solving
