What's the team function?

Creative Multimedia team is responsible for:

• Creating visual concepts to be uploaded on our eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada and DotCom website) and social medias
• Combining art and technology to transform ideas into visuals
• Boosting Dasher's and other associated Brands' (Dreame, 70mai, Levoit, Xiaomi etc.) visibility and presence
• Creating impactful visual designs that effectively deliver messages to target audiences

What's your role?

• Create impactful visuals – Design scroll-stopping graphics that actually make people take action (whether that's buying, clicking, or sharing)
• Think like a consumer, design like a strategist – Understand what makes your audience tick, then use your design skills + AI superpowers to maximize conversions
• Leverage AI for efficiency – Utilize AI tools for image generation, layout automation, content ideation, and whatever else makes the process faster (without compromising quality)
• Be data-driven, not just design-driven – Analyze performance metrics, understand what's working (and what's not), then iterate based on actual results
• Stay ahead of trends – Constantly hunting for new AI tools, design trends, and tech innovations. If there's a new tool that can 10x your workflow, you're already testing it
• On-time delivery – Meet deadlines with high-quality work because speed without quality is just... fast but forgettable work
• Polish until perfect – Proactively review final layouts and suggest improvements when and wherever necessary

Your playground includes:

eCommerce visuals (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), printed POSM (flyers, banners, standees), booth concepts and setups, social media content, infographics, and basically anything visual that needs to look top-notch.

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who's equally passionate about great design and the latest tech. If you're the type who gets hyped about new AI tools dropping and thinks "why spend 3 hours when I can do it in 30 minutes?", this might just be what you're looking for.

What's the skill required?

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Good command (both spoken and written) in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, as certain visuals have Chinese target audiences
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva
• Proficiency in AI design tools like Firefly, Midjourney, Nano Banana, etc.. (bonus points if you're already experimenting with new ones)
• Hungry and proactive for learning & utilizing new tech aids
• Strong sense of design, creativity and attention to detail
• Experience in designing Meta (Facebook) Ads Graphics; Photography or Video editing skills are added advantages

Who's there to support you?

We have our in-house E-Commerce team, Digital Marketing team and B2B team to assist you in producing artworks that need to be posted out publicly on social media platforms and market places. You will be working closely with these internal teams in order to achieve the same objective.

You also will be involved in various internal trainings and brainstorming sessions about current trends and challenges. You are expected to play an active role in these session and decision-making meetings.
