Job Description

Job Summary:
Responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for office, online, and operational systems. This includes daily and weekly tasks to ensure smooth functionality of all IT infrastructure, digital platforms, and on-site operational devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily system checks, backups, and network monitoring
• Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware and software issues
• Maintain and update office computers, printers, and network devices
• Ensure smooth operation of online platforms, email systems, and cloud services
• Manage system user access, passwords, and data security protocols
• Assist in software installation, updates, and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with vendors or external IT service providers when required
• Document technical procedures, incidents, and maintenance logs
• Support operational equipment related to business systems and connectivity
• Conduct weekly preventive maintenance and report on IT performance
• Inspect, configure, and maintain on-site operational devices (e.g. tablets, scanners, machines, routers, and display systems) to ensure functionality and connectivity

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of IT support or helpdesk experience preferred
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and basic server administration
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Added advantage: Familiarity with AI-based tools
