AI & Chatbot Research Intern

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and technically inclined intern to assist our AI team in managing, improving, and expanding our chatbot and automation projects. You’ll work closely with our AI staff on system integrations, troubleshooting, and research into the latest AI tools and technologies that enhance learning and customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

-Assist the AI team with day-to-day chatbot and automation integration tasks

-Help set up, test, and maintain AI chatbots and related automation systems

-Monitor and update chatbot content and backend systems with the latest company information

-Identify and fix bugs or logic errors within chatbot workflows and integrations

-Conduct research on new AI tools, APIs, and automation trends relevant to training and education

-Support prompt writing, testing, and refinement to improve chatbot responses

-Document integration processes, prompt libraries, and system improvements

-Analyze chatbot performance metrics and user feedback to suggest enhancements

-Participate in AI-driven projects, learning how different tools and APIs are interconnected

What We’re Looking For

-Interest or basic experience in AI tools and automation (e.g., OpenAI, Google AI, etc.)

-Familiarity with chatbots or conversational AI is an advantage

-Basic understanding of API integrations is a plus

-Comfortable with testing, documentation, and online research

-Strong written skills for prompt creation and technical notes

-Proactive and eager to learn from hands-on projects

-Able to commit for 3–6 months

-Passion for AI, problem-solving, and continuous learning
