About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Control & Accounts Receivable Assistant to support our Finance team on a temporary contract basis. This role involves processing customer payments, maintaining accurate accounts receivable records, following up on outstanding balances, and supporting daily credit control operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and allocate customer payments accurately.
• Generate payment receipts and maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) records.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and customer accounts.
• Perform account reconciliations and support collection activities.
• Assist with settlement processing and reporting.
• Provide administrative support to the Finance team as required.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum SPM/STPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Finance Administration is an advantage.
• Good numerical, reconciliation, and data entry skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
