<p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for an <strong>Executive, Service Delivery (1 Year Contract and Renewable)</strong> to join the team at Canon Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. This contract role will play a key part in supporting the overall service delivery operations of the company.</p>
<p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinating and managing the day-to-day service delivery operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services to customers</li>
<li>Liaising with various internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate the smooth running of service delivery processes</li>
<li>Monitoring and reporting on service delivery performance metrics to identify areas for improvement</li>
<li>Providing administrative support to the service delivery function, including documentation, scheduling, and record-keeping</li>
<li>Assisting with the implementation of new service delivery initiatives and process enhancements</li>
<li>Performing other ad-hoc duties as required to support the overall service delivery function</li>
</ul>
