Car Smart One Sdn Bhd is hiring energetic, confident and motivated individuals for a Used Car Sales Executive / Sales Advisor role. The position focuses on assisting customers to select suitable used vehicles, handling enquiries and sales leads via phone, WhatsApp and social media, promoting vehicles on platforms like TikTok and Facebook, creating simple sales content and participating in live sessions. Fresh graduates are welcome and full training will be provided.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in choosing suitable used vehicles based on their needs and budget.
• Handle customer enquiries and follow up sales leads through phone, WhatsApp and social media.
• Promote vehicles through TikTok, Facebook and other social media platforms.
• Create simple sales videos/content and participate in live sessions.
• Arrange customer appointments, showroom visits and test drives.
• Build good customer relationships and follow up until the sale is completed.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates and candidates with no used car sales experience are welcome.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Confident, hardworking, disciplined and willing to learn.
• Comfortable using social media and appearing in simple sales videos/live sessions.
• Able to work independently and as part of a sales team.
• Previous sales or automotive experience is an added advantage, but not compulsory.
