Responsibilities:

• Assist on daily routine contract management process and bad debts recovery management process by liaising with the sales team
• Assist to process the rebate request/ad-hoc request submitted by Sale colleague via internal platform within agreed SLA table.
• Assist on the status update/approval on the Outlet master data
• Assist to resolve dispute highlight by Sale team
• Assist to work with Legal team to generate the termination letter and update contract closure in Contract system timely
• Allocate the supporting documents for legal action if any 
• Assist in distributor's collection & claims activities 
• Assist to enhance/update the existing SOP/Guideline/contract policy if there is any changes
• Involved in AR projects- be a tester – Contract improvement projects etc.
• To handle on the record retention matter-including filing, scanning e-copy and courier task for contract
• To assist to prepare notice to Outlet- Termination, Fulfillment request for audit
• To support on Internal/External audit queries

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, any other similar qualification
• Minimum CGPA 3.0 or Second Class Upper or equivalent
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to commit for 3 months
• Proven leadership skills in extra-curricular activities
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Innovative and systematic with sound analytical skills
• High work capacity, self-driven and a team-player
• Proactive, action-oriented, persistent and resilient
• Passion in the beer industry
