They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.</p> <strong>What You’ll Do:</strong> <ul> <li>Oversee electrical and lighting systems' general operation, repair, and maintenance. Perform new installations of equipment.</li> <li>Check, repair, and replace functional components of electrical and lighting systems. This includes valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, and pipes.</li> <li>Assure that equipment is being maintained and operating in a safe manner.</li> <li>Review historical maintenance records to create proactive inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance schedules.</li> <li>Provide efficient and reliable service to customers.</li> <li>Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.</li> <li>Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.</li> <li>Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. GDL license is an added advantage.</li> <li>Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
