Job Description

 Job Scope / Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage interior design projects from concept development to completion. 
• Prepare design proposals, layouts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations. 
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, preferences, and budget. 
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution. 
• Monitor project timeline, progress, and quality to meet deadlines and standards. 
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design implementation aligns with plans. 
• Source materials, furniture, and fittings suitable for project requirements. 
• Review drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards. 
• Manage project costs and assist in budget planning and cost control. 
• Provide solutions and resolve design or site issues efficiently.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or related field. 
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in interior design / fit-out projects. 
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, etc.). 
• Strong project management and communication skills. 
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
