responsibility.</li> <li>Balances personnel within area of responsibility to minimize possible constraints that would adversely affect scheduled output of material.</li> <li>Monitors quantity and quality output and leads the team to meet group goals.</li> <li>Monitors material handlers performance by auditing transaction accuracy.</li> <li>Compiles data and generates reports as needed to illustrate the effectiveness of the processes.</li> <li>Identifies, documents and proposes solutions for processing problems.</li> <li>Receives and processes materials coming in to the company
