Our Ethos

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Center Logistics Executive to support warehouse and logistics operations within our data center environment. This role is responsible for managing computer hardware assets and peripherals, coordinating inventory movement, and ensuring accurate documentation of all inbound and outbound shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Handle the receiving, unpacking, and processing of goods and IT equipment at the data center. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Verify shipments, update inventory records, and report any discrepancies or defective items. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare and distribute computer kits and hardware for deployment or relocation. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and organized documentation of shipping, receiving, and asset movement using both manual and electronic systems. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform asset tagging and tracking using barcodes or asset management tools. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Support inventory audits and monthly stock reporting to ensure data accuracy. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage on-site assets and ensure proper storage, labeling, and condition of equipment. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and ensure timely completion of logistics tasks. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist with basic troubleshooting and coordinate repairs or replacements of defective hardware. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Asset Management and IT Operations teams to streamline workflows. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
