<h2>About this role</h2>
We are looking for an awesome team member to join us as a Cloud Accounting Executive.
<ul>
<li>This role is a predominantly full time, work-from-home role with a fixed once-a-month work-in-office arrangement (or as and when necessary only) as we utilise digital and cloud softwares.</li>
<li>Our office is located in Mercu 3 Tower, KL Eco City, Bangsar South with direct access from LRT Abdullah Hukum and KTM KL Eco City Stations. </li>
</ul>
<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Prepare monthly management accounts for the designated portfolio of clients</li>
<li>Prepare SST reports and process submissions (SST tax filing)</li>
<li>Prepare and ensure clients' monthly payroll is processed accurately and on time using online cloud payroll system.</li>
<li>Prepare and ensure timely submission of all relevant statutory reports such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and Income Tax.</li>
<li>Communicate and respond to clients and stautory authorities (EPF, SOCSO, HRD, LHDN) on queries and deliverables to client.</li>
<li>Act as client liaison who is the point of communication between designated portfolio of clients and Centry</li>
<li>Revert to client queries/requests and follow up with clients on outstanding items on a timely manner</li>
<li>Communicate with external parties (eg. other company secretarial, auditors and tax agent firms etc)</li>
<li>Communicate with statutory authorities (eg. RMCD)</li>
<li>Review of work prepared by junior team members (senior positions)</li>
</ul>
