Our Vision

<ul><li>To follow-up with external provider on the purchases made, to ensure material is delivered accordingly.</li><li>To ensure the monitoring and evaluation on the performance of the suppliers is done accordingly.</li><li>To ensure the Approved External Provider List is established and purchase is make from those in the list.</li><li>To prepare payments to external providers according to credit term period given to the Company.</li><li>To prepare delivery order and tax invoice and get it approved by Production Manager or Managing Director before sending out to customers (West Malaysia).</li><li>To follow-up with customers on the sales order, arrange logistics (if required) to ensure material is delivered accordingly.</li><li>To always be aware of customers’ credit terms period and to follow-up on payment.</li><li>To answer any enquiries to the Company from E-mail, phone call or other communication sources and revert those enquiries to a relevant party of the Company.</li><li>Ensuring accuracy annual finance and management report, lead and manage day-to-day operations of the department.</li><li>Preparation of annual budget, reviewing and analyzing financial data and performance.</li><li>Financial and management reporting and cost analysis.</li><li>Cash flow management, credit controls and taxation.</li><li>Liaise with banker, auditors, tax agents, company secretary and others statutory bodies/authorities.</li><li>Deal with stakeholders including suppliers, customers, and collaboration party to ensure the collection, billing are in place.</li></ul><div><br></div>
