Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Engineer specializing in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to play a pivotal role in our company's growth and success. In this position, you will lead MES-related initiatives, work closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development and implementation of MES solutions that enhance our clients' manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

MES Solution Design and Development:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their manufacturing processes and requirements.
• Design and develop customized MES solutions to improve process efficiency, quality, and real-time visibility.

Integration and Configuration:

• Integrate MES software with various manufacturing equipment, ERP systems, and data sources.
• Configure MES systems to meet specific client needs and ensure seamless operation.

Technical Leadership:

• Serve as a subject matter expert on MES technology, guiding the team and clients on best practices.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.

Quality Assurance and Testing:

• Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to validate the functionality and performance of MES solutions.
• Identify and resolve any issues or bugs in a timely manner.

Documentation:

• Create and maintain detailed documentation for MES system configurations, customizations, and integration procedures.

Client Support and Training:

• Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Conduct training sessions to empower clients with the knowledge to use MES systems effectively.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing MES solutions.
• Strong programming skills, with proficiency in languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with MES software platforms (e.g., HOMAG, Siemens Camstar MES, Rockwell FactoryTalk MES, SAP MES, or similar).
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, automation, and Industry 4.0 concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
