In this position, you will lead MES-related initiatives, work closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development and implementation of MES solutions that enhance our clients' manufacturing operations.

<ins>Key Responsibilities:</ins>

MES Solution Design and Development:

<li>Collaborate with clients to understand their manufacturing processes and requirements.</li>
<li>Design and develop customized MES solutions to improve process efficiency, quality, and real-time visibility.</li>
</ul>
Integration and Configuration:
<ul>
<li>Integrate MES software with various manufacturing equipment, ERP systems, and data sources.</li>
<li>Configure MES systems to meet specific client needs and ensure seamless operation.</li>
</ul>
Technical Leadership:
<ul>
<li>Serve as a subject matter expert on MES technology, guiding the team and clients on best practices.</li>
<li>Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.</li>
</ul>
Quality Assurance and Testing:
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to validate the functionality and performance of MES solutions.</li>
<li>Identify and resolve any issues or bugs in a timely manner.</li>
</ul>
Documentation:
<ul>
<li>Create and maintain detailed documentation for MES system configurations, customizations, and integration procedures.</li>
</ul>
Client Support and Training:
<ul>
<li>Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues.</li>
<li>Conduct training sessions to empower clients with the knowledge to use MES systems effectively.</li>
