Job Description

• Project Coordination & Execution: Organize and manage M&E construction activities to ensure they align with civil and architectural elements, adhering to project schedules.
   
• Installation, Testing & Commissioning: Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems to confirm they meet all design requirements and standards.
   
• Quality & Safety Management: Conduct site inspections to guarantee compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
   
• Issue Resolution & Improvement: Detect technical challenges during construction, execute troubleshooting, and apply corrective and preventive actions to optimize workflow efficiency.
   
• Documentation & Reporting: Generate and uphold project documentation, which includes technical reports, progress reports, and as-built drawings for project handoff.

Job Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a similar discipline.
   
• Work Experience: At least 2-5 years of applicable experience in Mechanical and Electrical engineering, ideally in major building projects.
   
• Technical Skills: Expertise in M&E systems, construction plans, and project management; capable of utilizing engineering software and tools.
