Job Description

Responsibilities:

● Design, plan, and coordinate Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV)/Heating, Ventilation, and

Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems for building services projects.

● Review and interpret M&E specifications, drawings, and tender documents.

● Prepare tender submissions, including costing, technical proposals, and documentation.

● Liaise with consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with project requirements.

● Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure installation is in accordance with

design and standards.

● Manage procurement and evaluation of M&E equipment and subcontractor works.

● Ensure adherence to local regulations, codes, and safety standards.

● Provide technical support during pre- and post-tender stages.

● Collaborate with project teams to meet timelines, budgets, and quality targets.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering or related discipline.

● Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ACMV/HVAC design and tendering processes.

● Strong knowledge of local building codes and industry standards.

● Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, MS Office, and relevant design software.

● Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

● Able to work independently and as part of a team.

● Experience in building construction and fabrication projects is a plus.
