Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer concerns and provide professional advice on suitable financial products based on their needs.
• Promote bank products, including personal loans, mortgage loans, and SME loans, to potential customers.
• Foster a collaborative environment within the team to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Provide efficient operational support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Deliver excellent after-sales service and maintain strong customer relationships.

• 20 - 25 years old.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin, with a pleasant personality.
• Comfortable engaging with customers through chat and phone.
• Results-driven, energetic, and self-motivated.
• Passionate, ambitious, innovative, willing to learn, and adaptable to change.
