We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Management Trainee (EdTech) to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for an ambitious individual eager to gain comprehensive experience across critical functions within the educational technology sector, preparing them for future leadership positions. Successful candidates will contribute towards sales and marketing support, business development, daily operations and HR onboarding, ensuring the seamless delivery and continuous improvement of our services.
Act as a technical expert on all company services and programs, providing comprehensive explanations to the sales team, conducting product demonstrations for both customers and sales personnel, and addressing course-related inquiries. Contribute insights and suggestions during marketing meetings to optimize outreach strategies.
Manage daily operational logistics, including attendance, staff rosters and punctuality, classroom readiness, and adherence to company policies by all relevant stakeholders. Facilitate communication with clients and mediate any issues involving stakeholders to foster positive relationships. Ensure accurate program scheduling and calendar management to prevent conflicts.
Proactively identify, recommend, and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation to expand the company's reach. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Assist in developing and executing targeted sales strategies, including participation in negotiations and collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams, to achieve defined growth targets.
