Job Description

Project Coordination & Site Support

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of fit-out and interior design projects 
• Support site inspections to monitor work progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with design specifications and safety standards 
• Assist in resolving site-related issues under the guidance of the project team 
• Attend site meetings, consultant meetings, and project discussions when required
  

Documentation & Technical Support

• Assist in reviewing, organising, and maintaining project drawings, specifications, and technical documentation 
• Support preparation of project progress reports, material submissions, and project-related records 
• Assist in preparing material requisitions, quantity checks, and basic cost estimation support 
• Ensure project documentation is properly maintained and updated
  

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and vendors regarding material deliveries and installation schedules 
• Liaise with government authorities and agencies for submissions and approvals when required 
• Support communication and coordination between internal teams and external parties
  

General Support

• Adhere to company standards, procedures, and best practices 
• Support administrative and ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management from time to time

Job Requirements

Education & Internship Availability

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Built Environment, or related field
  

Technical Skills

• Familiar with basic drafting and design software such as: 
• AutoCAD 
• SketchUp 
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) 
• Basic understanding of architectural drawings and interior fit-out processes is an advantage
  

Language & Communication

• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken and written) 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise work effectively 
• Positive attitude, professional etiquette, and willingness to learn

Other Requirements

• Possess a valid driving license and able to travel for site visits when required
