<p>You will be responsible to provide general group IT support on technical issues &amp; change requests for both hardware and software.&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Responsible for technical support: resolve general IT requests &amp; issues within company.</li>
<li>Manage, maintain and monitor IT assets &amp; inventory (software licenses, PCs, laptops etc).</li>
<li>Install, configure and maintain office workstations &amp; laptops (Windows, Mac).</li>
<li>Support, troubleshoot and monitor office infra &amp; appliances (network, printers, endpoint protection etc).</li>
<li>Manage login access to systems &amp; applications (accounting, HR, CRM, social media &amp; various business software).</li>
<li>Perform regular IT security patches, system upgrades and preventive maintenance.</li>
<li>Ensure IT security compliance on infra, application, data, backup &amp; disaster recovery.</li>
<li>Perform any other adhoc IT administrative activities (e.g.: migration, assessment, troubleshooting, audit).</li>
</ul>
