In this role, you will be at the intersection of web development and Digital Process Automation. You will support the development of high-performance sites while actively looking for ways to leverage AI and automation to make our workflows faster and smarter. 
<h3>What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)</h3>

<li>Full-Stack Development: Support the development and maintenance of corporate sites, eCommerce platforms, and landing pages.</li>
<li>AI-Powered Coding: Fully utilize AI-enabled tools to improve code quality and delivery speed, maintaining high "Tools Proficiency".</li>
<li>Digital Process Automation: Use scripts, rules, and third-party tools to automate repetitive tasks in campaign management and internal reporting.</li>
<li>Workflow Creation &amp; Stewardship: Diagnose friction in current SOPs and suggest/design better ways of working to increase agency-wide efficiency.</li>
<li>Collaborative Troubleshooting: Bridge communication gaps between departments (SEO, Creative, PMO) to resolve technical bottlenecks and dependencies.</li>
