<li>Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.</li>
<li>Take customer orders accurately and provide recommendations when needed.</li>
<li>Prepare and serve beverages and simple food items according to café standards.</li>
<li>Handle cashier duties including processing cash, card, and e-wallet payments.</li>
<li>Ensure orders are prepared and served promptly and correctly.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service counter, kitchen area, and equipment.</li>
<li>Clear tables, wash utensils (if required), and ensure the café environment is tidy at all times.</li>
<li>Refill and restock ingredients, packaging materials, and other supplies.</li>
<li>Monitor food and beverage quality before serving to customers.</li>
<li>Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.</li>
<li>Handle customer feedback, questions, and complaints professionally.</li>
<li>Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.</li>
<li>Assist with café opening and closing procedures.</li>
<li>Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or management when necessary.</li>
</ul>
