Job Descriptions

  • Perform general administrative duties such as documentation filing, copying, scanning etc
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results
  • Update and maintain offices policies and procedures.
  • Process payments on a timely and accurate manner in compliance with the company's policies and procedures.
  • AP invoices entry and ensure all coding of account is accurate.
  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting and sales department.
  • Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database and provide assistance and support to company personnel
  • In charge of office sundries management list report.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports and support Petty Cash.
  • Meeting minutes recording and follow up works. 
  • To assists and support immediate superior in other ad hoc task when needed.

Job Requirements

 Requirements & Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • At least 2 years working experience.
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin & Malay, both in written & verbal. 
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills to effectively interact with people at all level.
  • Ability to work independently, multitasking, initiative, responsibility and trustworthy.
  • Able to commerce work immediately.
  • Accounting knowledge and experience will be advantage.
