1. Full Stack Product Engineer (Backend & Infrastructure Focus)

Profile: We are looking for an AI Product Engineer to build next-generation Fintech applications. This role sits at the intersection of full-stack development and AI-assisted execution — going well beyond “vibe-coding.” You will leverage LLM coding agents as core productivity drivers, moving fast while maintaining a clear understanding of why and how code should be written. This role heavily leans toward core distributed backend architecture while maintaining enough full-stack versatility.Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and microservices using Golang (or Java/Node.js).
• Build and secure RESTful/WebSocket APIs for frontend consumers and third-party integrations.
• Optimize database performance (MySQL/Redis) for distribution systems.
• Implement and maintain message-driven data pipelines using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Collaborate with AI agents to accelerate architectural prototyping, boilerplate generation, and root-cause analysis.
• Provide critique to core infrastructure layout, multi-threading logic, and cloud deployment pipelines.

Your Skills:

• Track record of shipping real backend-heavy or full-stack products in production environments.
• Eye for product: you care how backend data efficiency and stability impact ultimate user experience.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, high-concurrency, multi-threading, and core data structures.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; able to translate unclear system requirements into concrete architectural steps.
• Strong backend skills (Golang preferred, Java, or Node.js) and familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin communication skills for development & operation collaboration.

Nice to Have:

• Proven experience setting up AI-driven workflows (Claude Code, Codex) for complex infrastructure management.

1. Growth Engineer (Data-Driven & Growth Hacking — CoinGecko/CMC Model)

Profile: We are looking for an AI Product Engineer to build next-generation Fintech applications. This role sits at the intersection of growth hacking, data analytics, and AI-assisted execution — going well beyond “vibe-coding.” You will leverage LLM coding agents as core productivity drivers to architect and scale the organic traffic growth, loop optimization, and visibility networks for our Web3 platform (similar to CoinGecko / CoinMarketCap). You will move fast to implement growth hypotheses while maintaining a clear understanding of why and how automated systems should be executed.Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize cross-channel growth hacking campaigns and programmatic GEO/SEO funnels to scale organic user acquisition.
• Conduct high-frequency A/B testing and technical experimentation on landing pages, token submission pipelines, widgets, and viral referral loops.
• Analyze platform traffic patterns, search visibility, and user retention metrics to drive statistically sound optimizations and maximize viral loops.
• Design and build data pipelines, custom web-scrapers, and automated data monitoring scripts using Python to capture market trends and competitive telemetry.
• Utilize AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and agentic workflows to accelerate programmatic content generation, automated data cleaning, and execution.
• Explore and implement AI-driven marketing automation, automated token listing QA verification systems, and algorithmic distribution tools to maximize platform scaling.

Your Skills:

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Technical Growth Hacking, Growth Engineering, Performance Marketing Analytics, or a related data-driven role.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation, scripting, web scraping, and interacting with core data systems.
• Deep product-level understanding of the CoinGecko / CoinMarketCap growth model: you know exactly how these platforms scale organic distribution, monetize visibility, and keep users sticky.
• Obsession with data: highly analytical mindset with strong data modeling capability and deep familiarity with tracking frameworks (SQL, Google Analytics).
• Comfortable working with high uncertainty and constant experimentation; able to independently formulate hypotheses, design traction tests, and interpret results.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin communication skills for development & operation collaboration.

Nice to Have:

• Proven track record of running organic growth, API productization distribution, or programmatic scaling for an asset listing engine or crypto data aggregator.
• Experience deploying automated AI agents or specialized workflows (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) to mass-automate distribution channels or local indexing loops.

Job Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

* Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in backend engineering, full-stack development, or distributed systems development.

* Strong proficiency in Golang (preferred), Java, or Node.js, with experience building production-grade backend services.

* Solid understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, multi-threading, networking, and data structures.

* Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs, WebSocket services, and third-party system integrations.

* Strong database knowledge with hands-on experience in MySQL, Redis, query optimization, and performance tuning.

* Familiarity with message queue technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar event-driven architectures.

* Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native deployment environments.

* Comfortable utilizing AI coding assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex) to accelerate software development and debugging workflows.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable technical solutions.

* Product-oriented mindset with a focus on performance, reliability, scalability, and user experience impact.

* Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is required for effective collaboration with regional development and operations teams.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience designing high-concurrency financial systems, exchanges, payment platforms, or Web3 infrastructure.

* Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

* Experience implementing monitoring, observability, and automated alerting systems.

* Familiarity with AI-assisted software engineering workflows and infrastructure automation.

Because this position requires daily communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, developers, and operations teams, candidates must be proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
