Description

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager (Global Markets) to build and manage creator collaborations and brand partnerships across global markets.
You will be responsible for sourcing influencers, managing end-to-end influencer campaigns, developing brand partnership opportunities, and driving measurable marketing results.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, recruit, and manage influencers, creators, KOLs/KOCs, and MCN partners across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu.
* Build and maintain an influencer database across key markets, industries, and creator tiers.
* Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including outreach, negotiation, briefing, content review, publishing schedules, execution, and performance tracking.
* Work with creators to develop content that aligns with brand positioning, campaign objectives, and audience needs.
* Develop brand partnership opportunities, with a focus on Beauty and Consumer Electronics/3C, as well as Fashion, FMCG, Gaming, and Lifestyle.
* Communicate with clients and partners to understand their objectives and propose suitable influencer marketing or brand collaboration solutions.
* Track and analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve reach, engagement, conversion, ROI, and overall campaign effectiveness.

• Source creators; run end-to-end campaigns: outreach, briefs, negotiation, publishing &amp; performance tracking.
• Global on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook &amp; Xiaohongshu.
• Lead partnerships in Beauty, 3C, Fashion, FMCG &amp; Gaming; drive ROI!
