Job Description

  • Direct and motivate team to delivery the best experience to all customers at all times
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food, health and safety regulations

  • Conduct regular inspections of the restaurat kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene are maintained
  • Continously enhance restaurant performance through building sales evaluating expenditures and pursuing cost-saving measures
  •  Manpower Planning for restaurant team and take charge of hiring, training, coaching and developing team members 
  • Responsible to maintain stock level, placing orders with suppliers and schedule delivery of supplies 
  • Complete and review daily/weekly/monthly reporting in a timely and accurate manner 
  • Execute effective restaurant administration, security, safety and stock control • Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service 
  • Strong management skills. 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum possess at least a SPM/O Level or Diploma/Degree in Food & Service Management 
  • Have 3-4 years of relevant working experience in food & beverage industry 
  • Good leadership skill and interpersonal skills when interacting with all levels of crew 
  • Positive working attitude, good in analytical, effective time management and problemsolving skills when making decisions
  • Willing and ready to listen and learn from others 
  • Strong interest and passion in creating a great dining experience 
  • Ability to interpret financial data (Profit & Loss) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications 
  • Required to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays 
  • Preferably Managers with experience specializing in Food/ Beverage/ Restaurant service or equivalent 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheet (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.) 
  • Preferred Chinese candidate only.
