Job Description
We are looking for a bright, curious, and hardworking operations intern that will assist with:-
- Implementing our solution in our retail partners’ stores
- In-store research (interview different stakeholders involved to obtain valuable insights, plan and evaluate the effectiveness of different signages and placements)
- Store onboarding (setup signages, conduct briefing sessions with the store manager and sales assistant)
- Promoting (encourage customers to use Comeby’s solution)
- Track and capture the results of our pilot test
- Work closely with development and product teams (website, product info and functionality)
As we are an early stage startup your responsibilities will be broad and often-changing. You will also have the freedom to explore different areas of the business from marketing, to business development, and more.
Job Requirements
Applicants should:
- Be comfortable working in a fast-moving, always-changing startup environment.
- Be proactive and a quick learner.
- Enjoy getting their hands dirty in carrying out operational processes
- Have deep curiosity and always ask questions.
- Be comfortable with traveling out of state to set up in retail clients' stores.
Nice to have:

- A strong interest in retail and the customer journey
Experience and prior knowledge not necessary, but preferred.
Training will be provided.
