Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Product & Merchandising

• Prepare and refresh product listings with clear descriptions, images, and attributes so items display correctly and appeal to buyers.
• Monitor basic sales signals and suggest small updates to photos, copy, or pricing to improve conversion.

Fulfilment & Warehouse

• Support order packing, labeling, and quality checks to ensure customers receive the correct items on time.
• Carry out regular inventory counts and update stock records to keep availability accurate.

Operations Support & Process

• Coordinate with suppliers and teammates on replenishment to reduce stockouts and excess inventory.
• Help refine simple fulfilment steps and daily routines to speed up order turnaround and reduce errors.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• You are currently pursuing or recently graduated in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• No prior full-time experience required; relevant coursework, projects, or short internships are welcome.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic understanding or interest in supply chain and warehouse operations, including inventory and order fulfilment concepts.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear written and spoken communication, and willingness to learn on the job.
• Organised and reliable, able to follow procedures with attention to detail.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and ready to help across small teams.
