Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily relevant communication sessions to ensure that associates are totally appraised of operational issues, associates’ feedback and follow-up.
• Set-up, co-ordinate and implement the Security Programme in the department.
• Maintain and improve security standards in accordance to the PPHR standard, international or local requirements.
• Implement the PPHR’s standard operating procedures.
• Conduct investigation for reported cases and recommend suitable solutions.
• Conduct regular checks and audits to ensure security measures are adhered to.
• Provide leadership for the implementation and maintenance of security programs.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a SPM or O-level from a recognized tertiary institution
• No experience required as training will be provided
• Possess relevant security licence will be advantage
• Required to work in Singapore
